The attendance for the BBQ is good, 30 out of 42 people came, hope everyone enjoyed themselves!
Thanks to the committee of this BBQ namely Kelvin, Fu Jie, Alina and some others who had helped in other ways like Zhong Wei, Samatha , Jing Wen & mother who had agreed to get a contingency place in case the weather is not favourable.
Of course a great thanks to Kelvin’s parents, Alina’ s granny and my parents who had helped to prepare the food and transportation.( Not responsible for making sure the food are cooked, BBQ-DIY,HAHA!)
Now , lets have a view of the expenses of this BBQs :-
Total Collection of 30 ppl X S$15 = S$450
Total Expenses of S$ 360.10(Food & Drink = S$253.85/ BBQ pits & essentials : S$106.25)
Hence, balance of S$89.90(To be refunded to 29pp@S$3 n myself at S$2.90)
The committee decided to refund S$3 to each of you, as the next gathering might not be attended by the same people. Hence it is not fair to keep the funds for the next gathering.
I had assigned a list of representatives to make the refund to you, please collect from them.
Thank you and see you again next gathering, hope those who have missed this will join us next.
Oops, received some messages that some of you contracted diarrhea after the BBQ session, learning experience: make sure the food is cooked before you eat, so……….start to learn how to cook food or have a higher budget to get a caterer to cook for you, lol……….. Get well by now and enjoy the next challenge!!!!!
